The Three Little Pigs

This history begins in the forest where three little pigs and a wolf lived. This wolf was a danger for the pigs, so they decided builds a house to be safe. The most little pig did his home of straw because for his was more easy and he could play during more time. The second pigs decided build his home of wood because is more resistant that the straw and he could end very fast and could play with his brother. The last pig decided build his house of bricks the more resistant material but if he build his house with bricks he couldn`t play with his brothers.  When the first and the second pig were played in the forest the wolf attacked. The little pig ran to his house and the wolf blew very strong and he destroyed the house. The little pig ran to the house of his second pig where brother and the wolf are blew very strong and he destroyed the house. These two pigs ran to the house of his brother that was of bricks. The wolf blew very strong and he couldn’t destroy this house. He decided enter by the chimney and when he descended the pigs had a pot with water very hot. The wolf escaped very fast and he never came back.  Finally the three pigs lived very happy in the bricks house and they could play in the forest all the days.  

The most Interesting animals for me.

Hi again guys, after a good week I return to write in my post. Today I will talk about a two interesting animals for me. Since I was a childhood I met a lot animal, for example a birds, a cats or fishes, but now for me two animals are the most interesting in the world; the guinea pigs and the dogs. First, the guinea pigs are interesting for me because they have a good habits, for example when I give them food they go with this food to a specific part of his cage to eat and so don’t annoy the other guinea pig in the cage. Other think that is interesting for me in the guinea pigs, is the form as they eat the food. They have two big teeth in the front of his mouth and with these teeth they cut very fast any type of food. The second interesting animal for me are the dogs, you will wonder why if the dogs are very common? But for me the relation that they have with the humans is the best characteristic of these animals. The best habit of the dogs are when you return to your house they are in the door waiting for you with a big smile. These two animals are interesting for me and always I´ll think that they are the most amazing animals in the world. 

The upcoming summer

Hi all, today I return to write after a week that I had some problems and I was disconnected from the technological world. Today´s topic is “The upcoming summer”, season of the year that is very close to reaching.  Although the summer not is my favorite season I really enjoy because it is in this season that I haven’t go to the university and I can sleep all the day. For the next next summer I haven’t plans, but as all the summers I think that I will go to the beach with my family for 2 weeks (in February) and in January I will work to earn money. Although this activity will be that I will do in the next summer, I would like to visit another city in the south of Chile, as Valdivia, Temuco, Pucón or Chiloé, because for me the south of Chile is amazing and I think that is a good place to relax and enjoy of the landscapes as “Torres del Paine” or “Villarrica Vulcan”. All these activities I would like to do them in the 2 first weeks of February after work and earn money. In the third and fourth week I would like go to enjoy in my city or in the beach with my family because during the year I must study, and is for this reason that I can’t see them constantly and I must travel once a month for be with them.

A Photograph I Like

Hello all

In this time I will go to talk about my favorite picture. I like this photograph because I’m with great friends. It was taken in December of 2013 in Pucon by another friend, and shows our friendship during the years. The person on the left side is a one of my best friend, He is a very cheerful and crazy person, he always has a smile and when I have problems he is the first person that helps me, because he studies in Santiago with me. The second person in the picture is my best friend. I met him in my first year of high school and since this time he became in my best friend. Also when I go to Curico I join him and other friend to talk about our lives. And the final person in the photography is my vegetarian friend; he defends the animals with his life and is a very cheerful person.  In summary this picture is the best because I’m with my favorite friends and with them I feel very happy.

A Skill I Admire

Hi guys today I will talk about a Skill I Admire. Really I was thinking for a long time which could a skill that I admire and I chose one, the skill that have the professional E-sports players. First I l will explain what is the E-sports because few people know this discipline. Esports is a term for organized multiplayer video game competitions, particularly between professional players. The most common video game genres associated with electronic sports are real-time strategy, fighting, first-person shooter, and multiplayer online battle arena. This games require a good ability with their hands and that the communication and coordination with their team must be perfect. Is for this reason that I think that this skill (or ability) is great. If you think, this skill it´s not necessary or important for the daily life, but this persons that plays this games professionally earn much money and don’t need to do some work, their lives are vey relaxed. Although I’m play this games in not a good player because I need study for the university and other thinks. If I were a good player in this games I wouldn´t studying odontology and I would live relaxed as the professional players.   

My dream job

Hi all! In this post i will talk about mi dream job. When I was a child my dream was to be a football player, doctor or police, but the best for me was a football player. For me the soccer is life, is the best sport in the world and all the weekends I see during all the day Chilean and the international soccer matches.

 My dream was playing in the team of mi city; Curico Unido because for me this is the best team in Chile and represents my city is a good idea to start the football player career. But I can’t play all my life in the team of mi city; I need play in the other country as England, Italy or Spain because the soccer in these countries is best. 

 I have two favorites teams in others countries for represent. The first team that I would like play is Manchester United, because is a great team in the world and I other of my dreams is in the future go to England to see this team.

 The other team that I would like play is Rayo Vallecano, although not is a great team their shirt is very similar with the shirt of Curico Unido, my favorite team. But all of this is a dream, now I’m study dentistry and I’m very happy with this decision because I love this profession.

My friends

Dou you have best friends? For me one friend is a person that when you are with him or her, you enjoy with anything or if you need that this person help you because you are wrong him or her haven’t a problem in help you.

 In my life I have many partners, but really I have 2 best friends. My first best friend is a women, her name is Ana Maria. I met her in the school and is my friend since 2012, though is a very short time, for me is a special person because when I’m in problems or other thing and I feel bad, she help and support me although she study in other city and we can’t see a lot. I remember that when I went to her house we cook and when her mother arrived, everything was dirty and he expelled me of her house.  Ana apologized with me, and her mother now is a good person with me.    

My other best friend is a man. His name is Franco; I met his in the school and is my friend since 2009. With his I lived my best years in a high school, but when finished this stage we lost communication because he went to study to another city. He is a special for me because despite the distance now I returned to communicate with him and we meets once a month. One good experience with him was when we were in the school and our teacher expelled us of the class because we did a joke a one friend.

They are my best friend, good people that I not change for nothing.  

My Computer

Hi all,

In this post I will talk about my favorite technology. This is my computer, because is the best device in the world.

In May of 2014 I bought my notebook in Santiago, because in this city it was cheaper and I paid $530.000 (other reason to love the notebook) and from that day it is the more important device for me.

My computer has a Windows 8.1, 1 Terabyte capacity of storage, a dedicated card of video and full HD screen. For my daily life is very important, because I don’t have other device for the study and with the computer my works are easier.

Also I use my computer for play online video games with my friends and my brothers because this is a one of my favorite’s hobbies in the free time. 

Usually I use my computer at least two or three hours a day, but sometimes I don’t use my computer because I haven’t network connection.

My life without my computer is nothing, because in the present this device are very important for all the activities in the daily life.

My favorite Holiday

Hi all, in this post I will talk about my favorite Holidays. Is very difficult for me make a choice about my favorite holiday, because I love all the days when I have free time. I remember two holidays that are the best for me.

 The first favorite was when I was 12 years old, in Christmas my family and I went to the house of my aunty, my wish was that my family gift me a table tennis, but my mother told me that gift me this element was impossible because he not had so much money. But when we return to our house the table tennis was in the garden and my happiness was amazing.

 My second best holiday was in July of the last year, when I had my winter vacation, because in this year I started to study in the university and I not had time to went to mi house in Curicó, but after a one month I could traveled and enjoy in my home with my family. 

Those are my favorites holidays, god days for the free time, but it was the best because I could enjoy with my family.   

England, the best country to visit

I like many places in Europe as Spain, France and other countries, but I Prefer visit England in the Future, because in this country the football is the better of the world and travel to England is my dream since I was a little boy. I know very little Places of this country but I see in google maps the more important places, as London Eye, a Queen House and the more important for my future travel, “Old Trafford”, theatre of dreams. This is a Stadium of the Manchester United which is my favorite football team on Europe, I wish visit this place and see all the football players of this team. I would like to live in England because it’s a country that have a good organization and the people that live there have a very good modals and more respect whit the other persons, but in plans not live in England because I haven’t means, is for this reason that I wish visit England only for visit the important places and see a one match of Manchester United.   

 

My experience with the blogs

Hi all, in this post I will talk about my experience in the use of blogs in the English class. For my, the blogs were something unknown, I had never had one because it wasn´t of my interest, but when I started writing in my blog I discovered that is a good experience to express that you feel. I can also say that the blogs have been a very important tool for improve my English writing and my vocabulary. Since I start writing I learned many words that I did not know and also thanks to the blogs now I can create texts on various topics. Although the topics that we write were very funny, in the future y would like include more topics about the experience of life such as travels, childhood memories and topics about the family for I can understand the lives of the people whit whom we live every day. I also like to be able to write about a free subject such as for example my favorite football team (my favorite topic :D) or my favorite E-sport (electronic or PC games). This is my experience with the blogs, a very important tool for my learning in the English class.

My favorite Animal

 Hi all, in this post I will talk about my favorite animal. Since childhood I have had very few pets, for example a dog, a chicken and a culli, but these are my favorite dogs. They are very friendly whit the people and never leave. Something the called man’s best friend. This animal started to be my favorite when i was around five years and my mom gave us a small dog whit 4 months old, his name are Jack and since this day we share much with that dog, until one day when we went to a park and a car killed a crash. This day I had a lot of pain because my first pet had died. After I did not have more pets, but in my home always have been more stray dogs and I always give them food. Now in my home I have 2 cullis, small pets are not as dogs. I never forget my first dog, because I never have one like, but I know that when have my own home, I will have many dogs that will have a lot love as my first dog, Jack.

An expert in odontology

Hi all, in this time i will talk about a person on my field that I admire. This Person is German Valenzuela Basterrica, founder of the “Facultad de Odontologia de la Universidad de Chile” and first person in use the teeth for recognize a dead person.

He was the director of the School of Dentistry in the late nineteenth century. After studying medicine he had been sent by the government to specialize as a dentist in Paris, earning his degree in 1889.

In 1909 he participated in the investigation of the case Becker with significant participation. He resolved this case using their knowledge in odontology and with this event he helped Chile with their bilateral problems. After that, President Pedro Montt offered a reward to German Valenzuela, who agreed and requested a new school of odontology to teach this great profession.

Now, dental school named after him in recognition of his contribution to the country's dentistry. This is a small biography of German Valenzuela Bastarrica, a very important person in the national odontology.

My phobias and fears

Hi all, 

In this post I will talk about my phobias and fears. 

When I was a kid my most big fear was the darkness. In the night I couldn`t sleep with the light off and sometimes when the weather was ugly, when it rained, I would to sleep with my mother and sometimes cried on her bed.

In the present I don’t have a phobias but I have fears. 

My first fear are the spider, because when I look a one spider I can`t kill and I tell other person for kill the spider. When I’m alone and I look a spider, attempts drive away or enclose the insect. 

My other fear is to fail, because all my family trust me and for me, obtain the odontology title is my big dream.

 Those are my phobias and fears, problems that have many peoples.  

Expectations for a new semeste

I have 4 subjects and the football is my extracurricular activity, because is my favorite activity and not have time for the other sport activity.

In my free time, i have two activities out of the university. The first activity is I am teacher in the Preuniversitario in my house (university home), for the five burnerable peoples (three men`s and two woman`s) that stay in the four grade. And the second activity is read the odontology books. 

My expectations for this semester is pass all the subjects, enjoy this academic period with my friends and learn much because all the information is very important for the nexts years in the university.

My Name is Diego Torres Varas and I was born in Curico in 27th december of 1995, I have nineteen years old and I study odontology in Universidad de Chile.
I Have two brothers and one Sister. My favorite sport is a football and I practice this activity once a week.
My favorite hobbie is go to stadium with my uncle and cousin. In the stadium I watch a Curico Unido Team and I sing about the Team.
This is a small part of my life, very exiting life....
